An application was developed to monitor and manage assets in real time. Dashboards were designed to display asset health, alarm history, and performance insights clearly. Complex data was simplified into actionable information to support smarter decisions and smoother operations.

Intelligent Alarm Management
An application was created to manage and analyze alarms efficiently. Dynamic filtering was implemented to support various data types, including date, number, and text. Dashboards were designed to provide clarity on alarm severity, history, and trends, enabling more effective monitoring and response.

Dynamic Pricing & Plan Management System
An application was developed to manage and optimize pricing plans with dynamic configuration and tier-based adjustments. Balance management was included as a supporting feature to complement plan control. The system was designed to simplify complex pricing operations, ensuring accuracy, flexibility, and efficiency in maintaining competitive offerings.

Indo Aspirasi - Employee Aspiration Platform
An application was developed to capture and manage employee aspirations across four key elements: Free Aspiration (Curcol), Quality (BBQ), TPM (Maintenance), and BBS (Safety). Features were implemented to enable structured submission, tracking, and follow-up of aspirations. The platform was designed to encourage participation, improve workplace quality, and strengthen communication between employees and management.

Indo Notifier - Automated Alerts & Monitoring
An application was developed to automate notifications and monitoring for industrial operations such as WWTP, machine lines, packaging machines, and robotics. Real-time alerts and reports were delivered to provide quick access to critical information. The system was designed to improve operational awareness, reduce response times, and streamline communication across teams.

Indo Warehouse - Inventory & Capacity Dashboard
An application was developed to visualize and manage warehouse inventory and storage capacity across multiple areas. Key features include tracking of material quantities, vendor sources, batch expirations, and top suppliers. The dashboard was designed for clarity with graphical representations of storage usage, material age, and comparative vendor metrics. Operational efficiency and data-driven decision making were improved through real-time insights into capacity, stock, and material flow.

Smartview - Manufacturing Execution Dashboard
An application was developed to support manufacturing execution by monitoring production lines, machine performance, and operational efficiency. Features were implemented to track output, downtime, availability, and quality in real time. The system was designed to provide comprehensive dashboards for analyzing productivity trends, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Its functionality was built to be equivalent to a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), tailored to the company’s needs.

Indo Learning – Employee Training & Development System
An application was developed to manage employee learning, training, and skill development. Features were implemented to organize training modules, track participation, and monitor progress across individuals and teams. The system was designed to improve knowledge sharing, ensure compliance with training requirements, and support continuous workforce development.

HP Sunningdale - SPC (Statistical Process Control) & Process Monitoring
A system was developed to monitor real-time production metrics across multiple zones such as Lava 2 Zone 2 and Zone 3. Parameters like Nose, Body, Pump, and Delta were tracked with SPC overlays and drill-down reporting for vacuum and pump performance. KPI tiles, threshold configurations, and secure user actions were included to improve process control, visibility, and operator guidance.

PTT KPI & Shift Management
The solution combines KPI Dashboards and a Shift Configuration Manager to deliver end-to-end operational visibility. KPI Dashboards provide real-time charts, indicators, and trend analyses to track productivity, efficiency, and quality, while the Shift Configuration Manager streamlines scheduling, aligns working hours with demand, and improves manpower planning. Together, they enhance performance monitoring and workforce management for better efficiency and decision-making.

Scheduler Production System– Operational & Shift Management System
A system was developed to manage production schedules, operator shifts, and job assignments through interactive dashboards. Features were implemented to display daily and weekly schedules, task owners, and shift details (such as time, operator, and machine) with drill-down reporting. The interface was designed for clarity with calendar layouts, filters, and status indicators to improve workforce planning. The module was created to support operational efficiency, reduce scheduling errors, and provide transparency across teams.

Vopak Transporter – Booking & Scheduling Management
A transporter booking and scheduling system was developed for Vopak to coordinate transporter assignments and manage booking windows efficiently. The interface was designed with calendar views, status indicators, and filters to support scheduling, approval workflows, and real-time visibility into transporter availability. Notifications and alerts were integrated to ensure timely updates and reduce scheduling conflicts. The system was built to enhance logistical coordination, improve turnaround times, and strengthen operational control across transport operations.

Minahasa Logistics – Truck Loading Order Management (Classic TMS - Minahasa)
An order management interface was developed to plan, schedule, and oversee truck loading operations. It includes features for selecting loading orders, managing assigned trucks, driver assignment, tracking load types and destinations, and supporting RFID integration for verification. The system was designed for clarity and operational efficiency, helping ensure correct load sequencing and reducing delays in dispatch.
